First the staff member today payed a lesser amount to my rent account than I had asked her to pay AS SHE WAS TOO BUSY TALKING TO A CUSTOMER SHE NEW AND SERVING HIM AT THE SAME TIME HER WORK COLLEAGUE WAS SERVING HIM, TO ACTIVELY LISYEN TO MY REQUEST, THEN HAD THE CHEEK TO BLAME ME FOR HER MALADMINISTRATION. Yesterday I asked to post a large letter second class as all my mail is posted, she charged me and sent it 1st class, then more shockingly when I asked for a written copy of the complaints procedure, she told me there wasn't one and that I HAD TO WRITE MY COMPLAINT ON THE YELLOW PAGES WEBSITE, does her employer really want my complaint put this way, maybe if the owner of this shop/post office spent more time being in shop he would see how rude and untrained his some staff members are in his workplace. I want feedback on what has what the owner intends to do about my complaint as I am a dam good customer.
